Trip requests collect contact details, requested route and dates, dog details, and relevant care information to assess preliminary transportation demand and respond to you. Contact messages collect your name, email, phone number, preferred contact method, message, and consent. Do not include payment details, identity documents, or unrelated medical information.
Consent and communication
Submitting a request requires consent to this policy and acknowledgement that no booking, date, or price is guaranteed. We record the policy version, consent time, and acknowledgements. We use your contact details to respond to your request; submission does not subscribe you to marketing.
Storage, providers, and security
Requests are stored in a configured Supabase database. Website hosting is intended for Vercel. If configured, Resend processes confirmation and owner notification emails. Owner notifications include your name, email, phone number, and preferred contact method so we can follow up. Hosting, database, and email providers may process information outside your province or Canada; the owner must confirm regions and provider agreements before publication. Access is restricted to approved administrators. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Retention and deletion
Proposed retention is 12 months after last relevant contact, unless a shorter period is requested or a legal obligation requires retention. The owner must approve and operate this schedule; automatic deletion is not enabled. Rate-limit records contain a keyed network identifier and are pruned after two hours during subsequent requests.
Your choices and inquiries
You may request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of consent using the contact form. Include your request reference where available; identity verification may be required. Withdrawing information needed for planning may prevent a response about the proposed journey. Backup deletion follows the storage provider’s retention schedule.
Cookies and disclosures
No advertising or public customer analytics are configured. Administrator authentication uses necessary session cookies. Information may be disclosed when required by applicable law. The owner must identify the responsible privacy contact and confirm legal obligations before publishing this draft.
